Investment Activity Report (LKP)Under Indonesian Law No. 25 of 2007, every investor must report on their investment activity through the Investment Activity Report (LKPM). This report evaluates the progress of the business and challenges faced by investors, which assists in the monitoring of investment and production realisations.

The LKPM encompasses the investment endeavours of businesses across various sectors and locations, excluding the trading sector. The submission of the LKPM must comply with the stipulations outlined in the principal licence and is required of companies engaging in trading activities.

Investment reports must be submitted to the head of the Investment Coordinating Board via the Deputy Control Investment Implementation, Head of BPMPPT Central Lombok’s Regencies. The reporting obligation necessitates quarterly submission for businesses in their development stage. 

Companies holding a business licence are obligated to report every six months. The LKPM submission methods include an online application submission via SPIPISE, direct handover to the BKPM Centre, BKPM Province and DPMPTSP Central Lombok’s Regencies, or via email.

Failure to submit the LKPM could lead to administrative sanctions such as suspending or revoking activity licenses or investment facilities.
