Business Profile
A Business Profile, often called a Company Profile, is a comprehensive overview of your company as recorded in the Directorate General of General Legal Administration (DJKN) database in Indonesia. It includes crucial information such as your company’s Registration Number, date of incorporation, fiscal year end, last Annual General Meeting (AGM) date, details of directors and shareholders, and the company’s issued and paid-up capital.
This profile is highly valuable for creditors and bankers, enabling them to assess a company’s financial stability and capital adequacy. When used internationally, the profile must be notarized, legalized, and certified by the relevant foreign embassy to ensure its authenticity and legal standing.
To obtain a business profile from the DJKN, there is a nominal fee involved. The procedure typically requires logging into the official DJKN website or the Online Single Submission (OSS) system using a registered account, following the steps for purchase. An email with a download link for the business profile is sent shortly after payment is completed, usually within 15 minutes, and the link remains active for seven days from the date of issuance.
DJKN provides examples of business profiles for different types of entities, including sole proprietorships, companies, limited liability partnerships (Perseroan Terbatas – PT), limited partnerships, and public accounting firms, to guide businesses in creating their profiles.
